Scott Nicholas

President, CEO and COB

Scott Nicholas is the President CEO and Chairman of the Board of Quantum Global Technologies, LLC (QGT). In 2000, Scott and a small group of shareholders founded QGT. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience at the CEO, COO, CFO and VP levels in manufacturing, service and distribution. As a chemical process engineer, he contributed to the design and start-up of a variety of chemical production plants. Subsequently, he performed M&A work for a Fortune 15 company before pursuing a career of entrepreneurship. Scott held leadership positions in automotive aftermarket, protective clothing, sterile pharmaceutical and implantable medical device manufacturing and distribution. In addition, Scott was a principal architect of two successful business turnaround ventures leading to profitable exits, including one to a NASDAQ traded healthcare company. Scott attended Lehigh University and earned a BS in chemical engineering. He obtained his MM from Northwestern University's — Kellogg School of Graduate Management with a concentration in marketing, finance and management policy.

Dave Zuck

Vice President, Chief Operating and Technology Officer, Director

Dave Zuck is the COO and CTO of Quantum Global Technologies, LL. He is the technical visionary behind QuantumClean and one of the original founders of the company. Dave has more than three decades of experience supplying high-purity materials, equipment and services to the semiconductor industry. He is the former president of ESCA (now MSR), a competitor to the part clean space. During his 18 years at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., Dave held a variety of engineering and managerial roles, including Project Manager for multiple fluorinated specialty gas manufacturing facilities, West Coast Specialty Gases Manufacturing Manager, Southwest Electronic Tech Center Manager, European Semiconductor Systems Manager and Asia Electronics Engineering Manager. Dave holds 8 patents related to advanced part cleaning technologies and served as Adjunct Professor at ASU’s Graduate School of Construction teaching fab high purity gas and chemical distribution system design and installation methods. In addition, Dave was President of Zuck Engineering Services providing high purity chemical/ gas system design consulting, hazardous materials code consulting, and served as expert witness for several high profile semiconductor litigation cases. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and attended the Executive Management Program at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Stephen DiRugeris

CFO

In 2010, Stephen joined Quantum Global Technologies, LLC as its Chief Financial Officer. He and his team ensure that the company can reinvest in its businesses and provide funding for capital projects to increase site throughput and/or cleaning capabilities. In addition, they provide dollars for research and development; so, the company stays on the forefront of technology. Stephen is a Certified Public Accountant. He possesses 25+ years of accounting leadership positions. He spent the first four years of his career at Coopers & Lybrand until he was recruited by one of his clients in the semiconductor industry where he has spent 20+ years. Stephen’s contributions are in the areas of corporate finance, strategic planning, international and operations in both public and private companies. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton. Stephen enjoys sports, the beach and volunteering. He coaches his son’s hockey team.

Rahul Naik

Rahul Naik

In 2015, Rahul Naik joined Quantum Global Technologies as their Chief Information Officer. Rahul has worked in the semiconductor industry for over 15 years. Rahul started his career in IT consulting and transitioned over time into corporate IT. Rahul worked with major clients around the world in the insurance and banking sectors (Arab Insurance Group, Bahrain; National Bank of Dubai, UAE; Keppel Bank, Singapore). Later, he moved into the high-tech sector in the USA (Silicon Graphics, Cisco, NEC Electronics). Rahul earned a graduate degree in business from the University of Bombay as well as diploma in computer studies from the National Computing Center (UK). His volunteer activities include Habitat for Humanity and Child Relief and You (CRY) that works to uplift under-privileged children.

Mayson Brooks

Vice President, Global Sales

Mayson Brooks is Quantum Global Technologies, LLC's Vice President, Global Sales. He leads QuantumClean's sales, customer service and related commercial activities. Before joining QuantumClean, he spent over 20 years leading and motivating global teams to common goals while exceeding targets and maintaining cultural/regional distinctions. Most recently, Mayson was president of Akrometrix, LLC, a leading supplier of metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry. Mayson has held various sales and technical positions during his career including over 8 years at Air Products and Chemicals. Mayson holds a Bachelors of Science in Resources Management from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC and studied General Management at the Harvard Business School.

Robin Puri

Vice President & General Manager, ChemTrace

Robin Puri is the Vice President and General Manager of Global Operations for ChemTrace Laboratory Services, the analytical component of Quantum Global Technologies, LLC. Robin has over twenty years’ experience in the analytical laboratory service industry. For the past 19 years, his focus was facilitating the growth and development of microcontamination services in the semiconductor and solar industries world-wide. Prior to his work in high tech, Robin worked in the environmental industry developing ground water monitoring programs for EPA RCRA sites and managing compliance to the Safe Drinking Water Act. Robin’s an avid outdoors-man whose love for hiking and camping was inspired while studying Geology at Beloit College.
