Quantum Global Technologies

In 2000, QuantumClean® (a business unit of Quantum Global Technologies) was founded on the premise that semiconductor process chamber parts cleaning missed the “Ultra Clean Revolution”. Semiconductor chamber tool parts were not “Ultra Clean” and didn’t have Certificates of Analysis.

QuantumClean was the first service provider to offer ultra-high purity cleaning, validated through analytical means, and continues to lead the industry in this area.

QuantumClean’s validated, ultra-high pure cleaning addresses your unmet needs in chamber cleanliness, today, tomorrow and into the future.
