Maceo Ward
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Maceo Ward joined QuantumClean in May of 2002, bringing with him more than 20 years of semiconductor industry experience in the areas of production, operations, sales, management, marketing and product development. Mr. Ward has been a consultant and research analyst with INFRASTRUCTURE, a marketing analytical firm that provides financial and market analysis, onsite business consulting and an online subscription service that analyzes the technology, market and financial trends of the semiconductor industry. With an M.B.A. and degrees in business administration and management information systems, Mr. Ward initially served as a production manager and contracts administrator for Motorola.

Mr. Ward has sold turnkey chemical-based production solutions to semiconductor manufacturers for Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., worked as the global product marketing manager in Schumacher's chemical division, assisted Kanto Corporation in the market penetration of its line of ultra-high purity wet process chemicals and managed a $250 million global product line for Millipore's microelectronics division as its global product marketing manager.

As QuantumClean's vice president of sales and marketing, Mr. Ward has implemented a highly structured and effective sales system that has dramatically streamlined the company's sales process, decreased its new product time to market and doubled the company's sales in just two years. Working in conjunction with the company's president, he is intimately involved in all aspects of the company's growth and development, including capital expansion, IT and operations systems development, mergers and acquisitions, and key personnel recruitment.

Mr. Ward earned a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in economics from the University of Phoenix (1988) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with a concentration in management information systems from Fort Lewis College (1984).
