Greg Leggett, Ph.D.
Director of Technology Development

Greg Leggett joined QuantumClean in November of 2002 as the company's director of quality assurance and through his prior experience, quickly established a roadmap to obtain ISO 9001 certification (which was received in May 2004). Dr. Leggett has been instrumental in creating a robust quality system within the organization that is a key differentiator from QuantumClean's competition.

Dr. Leggett was promoted to the position of director of technology development in November of 2006 and is responsible for ensuring that QuantumClean maintains its technology dominance within our industry, and to further ensure that the Company's technology roadmap is in full-alignment with that of our customers'.

Dr. Leggett brings more than 10 years of semiconductor experience to the company, having held senior chemist, application development and management positions at both fabs and suppliers of fabs. Dr. Leggett is active in SEMI standards task forces and committees, a patent holder and has published more than 20 articles. Dr. Leggett earned a Doctorate of Philosophy in analytical chemistry from Wayne State University (1988) and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Northern Illinois University (1981).
