NO-RISK QUALIFICATION PROGRAM:

Our No-Risk Qualification Program allows customers to qualify QuantumClean as a provider of outsourced semiconductor fab tool parts cleaning, refurbishment, restoration, and kitting without fear of paying for unsuccessful qualifications. In short, the customer only pays for the qualification work, if it performs successfully under production conditions and runs at least as long in process as parts not cleaned by QuantumClean.

ISO 9000 PRACTITIONER:

Our ISO 9001-2000 certified Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers “ATCC™” are designed, constructed and managed for the specific purpose of providing industry-defining semiconductor tool part cleaning and decontamination services. Each center is equipped with 18 m-Ohm DI, SS oil free CDA, certified Class 10 and 100 clean rooms, along with analytical capabilities for supplying data support.
Unlike it's competitors, QCs capabilities were not derived from industrial grade cleaning methods such as electroplating, anodization or degreasing. Our systems were specifically designed to support the ultra-clean standards of the semiconductor & microelectronics industry.

WARRANTY PROGRAM:

QC warrants that our service of semiconductor tool parts cleaning will meet the previously mutually agreed-upon specifications (e.g. cleanliness, surface roughness, etc.). In the event that a QC processed part is found by the customer not to meet specification within 30 days of delivery, and upon verification by QC, QC will immediately reprocess that part at its own expense. STRATEGIC VISION AND CONTINUED GROWTH STRATEGY:

As shrinking device line-widths and design geometries demand verifiably cleaner chamber parts, QC will rely heavily on the continued support of its fab customer endorsements and OEM alliance partners to bolster its presence with expanded Advance Technology Cleaning Center locations throughout Europe, Asia and China.
