QC WARRANTY
PROGRAM
QC warrants that our service of semiconductor tool parts cleaning will meet the previously mutually agreed-upon specifications e.g. cleanliness, surface roughness, etc.). In the event that a QC processed part is found by the customer not to meet specification within 30 days of delivery, and upon verification by QC, QC will immediately reprocess that part at its own expense. Please refer to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale for the definitive warranty statements.

QC BENCHMARK TURNTIME GUARANTY

QuantumClean is redefining the standard for processing turn times in the Outsourced Parts Cleaning industry. Our Lean Flow Production Method and patented Single Part Chemical Cleaning™ (SPCC®) "Reduced Volume Displaced" cleaning technology enables QC to return the vast majority of parts to it's customers in less than 3 days (vs. 7-10 days for other service providers.)

Many of our customers require less than 24 hours turn times for critical applications characterized by high volumes, low inventory and short tool trigger points.

We also provide 24 hour Expedite Services to meet customers' special needs to help them avoid devastating "tool-down" events and increase tool availability.
